Natural Beauty

So it is no secret that I love to bake cupcakes. I am passionate about flavor and healthy, wholesome goodness! When I create a sweet, I focus mainly on taste and texture. My philosophy on baking is: If you put something in your product you wouldn't want to eat, how can you expect anyone else to eat it?
That is why I pride myself on creating sweets that are naturally wholesome and beautiful! I realize you want whatever your eating to look nice too! Why would I need to pack the top of my sweets with decorations made of pastes and gel, when I can use natural things that are so beautiful?
While I choose not to eat sweets packed with food coloring and sugar decorations, I respect those who make them. To each their own point of view...That is the great thing about baking. There are no two bakers alike!
